My neighbor puts their tree up early. One year she had it up the day after Halloween. But it's down the day after Christmas.
We on the other hand, are lucky to get it up a week before Christmas. So we leave it up longer sometimes into early February.

when it goes up. All decorations come down on the 26th.

I read that Graceland leaves the decorations up until Elvis' birthday (Jan. 8) and takes them down the next day. This started when he first bought Graceland in 1957.
