Of course Trump will fire Mueller

Trump just has not realized he is in deep do-do, and when he does he will simply fire Mueller. He will go on TV, say Mueller was biased, the FBI is biased, and it is all fake news. And the GOP will yell and shout and do nothing. Trump will get away with it. He always does. The truth here is we only have one scenario that works. That is Trump does not blow up the world in the next 3 years, he is voted out and he gives up power. All three of those are suspect. He is such an idiot that he could push the button on rocket man. That's the end of society as we know it. He could get re-elected. Since it was unbelievable that he got elected in the first place, don't count this out. And last, he could just refuse to give up power. He could say the election that he lost was fraud, it was biased, illegal immigrants voted, you name it. He will say he will remain President until things are "figured out" and meanwhile will refuse to leave. If we get out of this Trump mess it will be a miracle. And even if we do get out of it, the damage will take years to repair, if ever.

The repubs won't impeach him over it, and that is the only way to get him out at this point.

that he will attempt to fire Mueller. But that'll just make anti-trump REPUBLICANS even more anti-trump. I'm not sure he has the balls to try that.

and a hypothetical Rosenstein replacement would have to be willing to take an Obstruction of Justice charge for the team. Possible, but very unlikely.

All the evidence is there. Who presents to a judge is of little consequence at this point.

The only person who can fire Mueller is the Deputy AG Rosenstein, who appointed Mueller when Sessions recused himself from the investigation, and who said, just a few days ago, that he was very satisfied with Mueller's work conduct to date. Sessions isn't going to fire Rosenstein on some made-up reason, or quit.

If Trump wants to bring in a new AG who would try to order Rosenstein to fire Mueller, he'll have to fire Sessions to accomplish that. And the new AG would need to have cause to take such an action. Nixon went that route: it didn't work out too well for him in the end.

He was denied a Supreme Court seat because of his involvement in the Saturday Night Massacre.

The notoriety of being the guy who fired a special prosecutor looking into the crimes of an obvious corrupt President is going to be a career killer. That person will get one lousy book deal and they are done.

Trump and the Republicans (many of whom are implicated in the Russia investigation) are fighting not only for their political lives but against criminal charges. They have no other option but to close down the investigations. We need to be ready for them to break any laws and norms as Mueller’s investigation closes in on them. Trump owns the FBI and DOJ so it is unlikely that they will stop him from any action he may take.

When congressional committees in an open hearing are calling out FBI agents by name, the next step DOJ will start investigations into the Mueller's team one by one. Subpoenas will fly.

So; we know what he has done in the past:

incited violence in his brownshirts, e.g. fake anti-Muslim videos, calls against NFL protesters.

Arrested dissidents in mass round-ups, e.g. inauguration

Call for DOB and Congress to investigate his opponents on trumped-up charges, e.g. Uranium One, Obama administration unmasking

Sign a secret executive order that will be enforced midnight Friday to revoke civil rights e.g. travel ban.

Gin up war-mongering to raise the fear factor in populace, cement his bona vides with white nationalists, e.g. NK

All of these methods will be increasing as

We may have no choice but impeachment even before the mid-terms.
