Nothing in it is classified. Just put a link in there to a readable form of the entire cache and make it downloadable by anyone with Internet access. That way, we'd all get to see them, including the news media, which could analyze them and publish email exchanges that demonstrate illegal activities.
It sounds to me like the whole thing might also be available through a FOIA request. I have no doubt that such requests have already been sent by major media outlets.
