from Deutsch Bank, the same bank used by many Russians and Putin, Mueller will able to prove that the Russians have been financing the election re-election campaigns for dozens of republicans! And maybe some Dems...

There's a recent Dallas News editorial about just this...

Let them repay the money to a fund to be used by the poor or to help students pay back their loans. Let them spend time behind bars for at least 12 months per million.

They will never learn their lesson if they get off because of their position or the number of people who committed the same crime. Our children are watching...don't forget that.

The reason these people were empowered to do these things is Nixon being pardoned and many Reagan staffers being pardoned. Enough of this policy that the white house can break the law and not pay the consequences. If we let these people go free, it will happen again only on a larger scale. Enough is enough.

Will we tarnish our country's reputation by jailing a president and his staff? I'll take my chances. I submit that we will tarnish said reputation by letting them go free.

https://www.dallasnews.com/opinion/commentary/2017/08/03/tangled-web-connects-russian-oligarch-money-gop-campaigns

https://www.newamericanjournal.net/2017/09/republican-leadership-tainted-by-dirty-russian-money/

People in the United States probably still think of Russia as a Socialist-Communist country. But it’s not. Not since the breakup of the Soviet Union in 1989.

I’m told from intelligent campground visitors who have been there lately that you can’t even mention socialism in Russia anymore, or sociology for that matter. OK you can’t mention sociology on the radio in Alabama either, but that’s something to think about.
There really is no other way to describe what’s going in Russia now other than to call it a capitalist dictatorship. Yes it’s authoritarian in nature. But it’s not about supporting the proletariat or the workers with jobs and health care anymore. It’s all about the amassing of huge mounds of money by those at the top and their business partners, most of them so-called Oligarchs, which Google defines as “very rich businessman with a great deal of political influence.”

Clearly this is what fascinates The Donald about Russia and Putin, and his power to jail and kill critics.

https://vote.us.org/memo/thread/16449/fbi-notified-after-mitch-mcconnell-exposed-in-2-5m-money-funnel-connected-t/

In April of this year, it was also shown that Speaker Paul Ryan was securing campaign funds from Russia sources. Every time these ties are revealed, Republicans are going to be made to choose between the GOP, Russia, or the USA.

She said our government was never intended to deal with the massive corruption. It may not be able to survive that, where the checks and balances don't work because of the corruption. That's what we're seeing.

This is very distressing.

Our only hope is to take back the country and at least stop the bleeding, and hopefully take it back enough to where we can roll some of the worst things back.

Anyway, I think an argument can be made that taking money from an enemy, who stole Crimea, stirred up war in Ukraine, enabled the killing of thousands of innocent civilians in Syria, basically engaged in war crimes, and much, more, is treason.

I wish that the moment he told Obama, Obama would have made a recess appointment asap. At least, we would not have Gorsuch, and a RW final arbiter of most everything, for perhaps a decade or more...Ginsberg can't last another decade. A Recess appt is for at least a year. By the time Obama was ready, the Senate, near the end, technically, took no recesses, for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Dems following the rules and playing nice, worrying about appearances, until they realize it didn't work, v Repubs scorched earth policy to destroy all in their way, damn the consequences.

The Repubs had pretty much rammed Gorsuch through before any popularity decline of Trump or scandle could derail the scam.

McTurtle is one of the most dispicable beings on earth, in at least 100 ways, but who has the time to list them all.
