John Bolton: US may have to attack North Korea despite danger to South

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The time may come soon when the U.S. will have no other option but to attack North Korea militarily, former American ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton said here Saturday night.

Negotiations have not stopped North Korea's development of nuclear weapons and China has not done what it could to deter the North from proceeding with work that would allow it to hit U.S. cities with a nuclear weapon, Bolton told about 450 at the annual holiday dinner hosted by former Republican Congressman Charles Taylor. The event attracts Republicans from across Western North Carolina.

"Nobody wants to use military force against North Korea because of the risks to South Korea. Nobody wants to see this happen," Bolton told the crowd at the Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville.

But he said the risks to the United States of North Korea having nuclear weapons may outweigh that concern.

He must have a lot of stock in military-type supplies. If anyone mentions "war" he seems to be front and center, looking for a microphone. What a dork.

Gen Mathis, the Secretary of Defense says they cannot hit the continental United States.
You can't get through to the crazies and panic fitties. But, it probably can derail some of them
If they still dispute it, just go with, "But he's Trump's choice for Defense Secretary and Trump said Mathis is the most qualified man to lead the Department."
That should leave them drooling in confusion

1. Bolton never imagined a war he couldn't have a wet dream over. 2. The Orange Buffoon might see this as a way to consolidate power and detract from all his other problems. Remember, as things are going, he will be in prison or broke, or both. He has nothing to lose by rolling the dice. He might even impose special "War Powers" and imprison his enemies under martial law. I put NOTHING beneath this cretin and his fellow travelers!

That's what he meant.

Gen Mathis has already said they can't hit the continental United States.
Let's see... shall I listen to the Secretary of Defense or Colonel Loon Mc Klink

It's not just the United States that could soon see itself engaged in a deadly conflict with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. China is also at risk of an imminent war with North Korea, warned some of China's most prestigious national security experts at a conference in Beijing this week.

“Conditions on the peninsula now make for the biggest risk of a war in decades,” said Shi Yinhong, director of the Center on American Studies at Renmin University of China in Beijing and an adviser to the State Council of China on diplomacy issues since February 2011, during the conference. “North Korea is a time bomb. We can only delay the explosion, hoping that by delaying it, a time will come to remove the detonator,” he added, reported the South China Morning Post Saturday.

when he told jaw-dropped Jon Stewart that the President is elected to serve the people who voted for him. Stewart, refusing to believe what he'd just heard, asked Bolton to repeat it, and he did. A dangerous asshole, this one, who ought to be put on "ignore" by the world.
