How many children will die without CHIP until something is done?

Cornyn is saying they will pass it next week, and they will do that to soften the blow of the America ENDING tax bill.

be tricky to tease out what excess deaths will have occurred. In reality, there may not be that many extra deaths, but there will be a bunch of kids with a diminished quality of life.
