MN: It's a covert op now. ICE isn't going away. They are dressing to "fit in." .
According to the group Minnesota Ice Out ICE has made no moves to stand down or leave.
ICE agents are changing their tactics rapidly and are ramping up their efforts and their level of aggression.
They are using psychology and making minor changes that are obvious, but go completely unnoted by most of us. They are dressing in civilian clothing, ordering colored buffs from REI and North Face, swapping out their greyscale clothing for colorful goodies and puffy jackets, usually with a canvasser jacket over them, etc.
They are blending in as maintenance workers, construction workers, student driver vehicles, Uber drivers. They are attempting to bait people into trust so they can be targeted.
I need you all to make this go viral, and make sure we can identify them every time. They know our aesthetic, but they don't understand how we communicate interpersonally. Use that to your advantage and root them out.

Other notable tactics mentioned are:
●Using authentic looking work truck/vans to mimic legit businesses.
●Trying to disguise ICE vehicles by adding contents to make them look civilian owned like baby bottles, toys on dash, for example.
●Using misdirection to draw observers away from actual raids by setting up phony raids locations.
●Wearing orange whistles.
●Not covering their faces.
●Wearing civilian clothing and faking regular employment in other work uniforms as camouflage but not actually dressing in camouflage as much as before.
Also citizens are creating ICE WATCH "check points" to monitor traffic in their neighborhoods
Organizers, Journalists and Observers are being targeted and abducted. Some non-immigrants/citizens are still in custody.
