Who's the smirking douchebag in those "Fire Mark Begich" ads?(online, but also on tv)

He looks like somebody who paid other kids to beat people up for him in high school. I'm sure I've seen him on tv before, but can't quite place him.

Americans for Prosperity put out an ad against every up for election Democratic senator using this guy. I don't know who he is, but I hope they all win and after the election, we reveal who he is so the only commercials he makes after that are for used cars with cracked blocks.
