Why I Live Where I Live:14 Alaskans Tell Their Stories
Many of you may have already seen this; I just found it this morning.
I enjoyed the essays I have read so far, but I haven't had time to read them all.
I have always appreciated the writing of Heather Lende, from Haines. Haines is probably the place in Alaska I would most love to live. I have stayed there a number of times since 1986, and it is spectacular!
I would copy and paste some of the article, but the laptop I am using has some issues.
