PITTSBURGH (KDKA) Slippery roads caused a big problem for a police officer in Springdale Thursday morning.

The gaping hole that was left behind is now boarded up and the vet clinic is open for business.

The police then issued citations against the Animal Clinic for improper lane usage, illegal cell phone use, operating without a seat belt, and resisting arrest.
They even served the citations with a SWAT team, since the SWATs had been unused for too long.
