Hillary Rodham Clinton Gaining Favor, Times/CBS Poll Says

Source: New York Times

Hillary Rodham Clinton appears to have initially weathered a barrage of news about her use of a private email account when she was secretary of state and the practices of her family’s foundation, an indication that she is starting her second presidential bid with an unusual durability among Democratic voters.

Americans now view Mrs. Clinton more favorably and as a stronger leader than they did earlier in the year, despite weeks of scrutiny about her ethics, a New York Times/CBS News poll has found. And nearly nine in 10 Democrats say the nation is ready to elect a female president.

As a side note...getting media coverage for either HRC or BS, I think is going to be a problem as usual. A local newspaper (The Daily Breeze, Torrance, CA) had a huge spread across the front page today (I picked up a neighbors paper for them)...

"Two more join the 2016 Presidential race" (close to this)

It is sexual contact, but sex implies the ability to procreate, and you can't procreate orally.

(I'm not saying this to relieve anyone of culpability in sexually aggressive acts. You should have to pay a penalty for any unwanted sexual contact. It's just a technicality, but really doesn't change anything.

DU is a very small little bubble, hence if you think you can use that as an example of the actual voting block YOU are most definitely confused or dillusional. Take your pick.

RUSH: Last week or the week before I happened to come across a report at TheFederalist.com, which had done an exhaustive and detailed analysis of the Clinton Crime Family Foundation. It was The Federalist who discovered and then reported that 15% of all the money raised by the Family Foundation actually goes to charities. Fifteen percent! Another report later found that it's 10% in some cases... Well, then the Democrat National Committee -- using people disguised as fact-checkers -- gets into gear.

This man has the attitude and the message to get a lot of people on board with him. Dems and repubs alike.

My uncle who is a loudmouth republican, that normally hates liberals, actually supports Bernie. The same with my brother in law. He's not as rabid a conservative as my uncle, but he's never voted dem. They have both posted Bernie Sander memes on FB with positive Bernie Sanders messages. If they can get behind Bernie, then Hillary better be scared.

I like Bernie, and I don't like Hillary, but I also don't think Bernie has any chance of getting elected. What he does have a chance to do is to promote a national discussion about socialism, and to reduce the negative connotation that most Americans attach to the word "socialism." That's progress, which is all we can hope for right now.
