Tom Barrett calls on Walker to release defense fund information

Source: WISN news

MILWAUKEE -

Democratic gubernatorial candidate Tom Barrett is calling on Gov. Scott Walker to release information on his criminal defense fund.
Online records show that Walker transferred $60,000 of his campaign funds to his legal defense fund in the John Doe investigation...

"It’s time for Walker to come clean about whether he is a target of this investigation or not," Barrett said. "Character matters, and I’ve always tried to hold myself to the highest level of integrity. For the last few days there have been numerous posts regarding Walker's funds for the recall. I have been wondering since I saw the first report if any of that money was going to be or even COULD be used for the John Doe defense fund. Seems he is going to need lots of money for the corruption investigation going forward.
