SANFORD, Fla. — WFTV has learned charges against George Zimmerman could be getting more serious.

State prosecutors said Zimmerman, a neighborhood watchman, profiled and stalked 17-year-old Trayvon Martin before killing him, so the FBI is now looking into charging him with a hate crime.

9. Hate Crime is a CAPITAL OFFENSE, and he should DIE for his racist attack

A Hate crime is a federal capital offense, and while I don't support the death penalty in general, I believe it should not be taken off the table for Zimmerman. Fair is fair; if the rethugs want to kill African Americans for muder (many of them innocent), then they should be able to take out white supremacists with just as much legality.
