Ten minutes of static.

Hmm. Not seeing it.
He is a Democrat, right? There are a number of Democrats listed there.
Must have been an oversight.

(3,373 posts)as well be Biden as Webb. Biden and Webb share similar views on mandatory harsh imprisonment for minor drug possession offenses and bankster immunity from justice but I think Biden is slightly to Webb's right on protecting the credit card cartel from poor debtors.

(1,274 posts)I am going on a gut feeling. Watching how his announcement (either way) is taking so long, I can only guess that his ultimate 'no' answer is being delayed as long as possible for the benefit of some third party. Joe is a team player, and his decision will be to advance the Democratic Party. People like Joe are who we need because keeping the Republicans out of the White House is of utmost importance.

(30,247 posts)The only thing he did during the debate was complain about the lack of time given to him. What did he expect when he wasn't even polling at 1%??? The next one to drop out will be Chafee. At this point he's hanging on one finger.

(11,986 posts)I wonder if we'll hear a different tune if he runs as an independent. I guess it will depend on whether the polling shows that he pulls more from Repub or Dem, particularly in any key swing states...
