PHOENIX -- A judge has been assigned to preside over the U.S. Justice Department's civil rights lawsuit against the Maricopa County Sheriff Office.

U.S. District Judge Roslyn Silver was randomly drawn as the judge to preside over the case.

A lawsuit filed by the Justice Department on May 10 alleges that Sheriff Joe Arpaio's deputies racially profile Latinos in the sheriff's trademark immigration patrols and that the sheriff's office retaliated against critics of the patrols ...

Then will decide that he has too much to do as King-shit. So he will then decide that he don't need this, and hold the Federal Authorities, out of order.

The end result will be a real show, but I don't see Joe going out with handcuffs.

temperatures under the tents hit 140F. I just watched the episode of Lockdown that covered his jails, and if you want to see cruel and unusual punishment, that's the place. It showed the inmates getting their meals and it was literally a hunk of white bread and a carton of milk. People get sent there for a year or more at a time, and the only way out is to volunteer for hard labor in the AZ sun for 5 months.

And these are mostly petty criminals.
