If it comes from David Axelrod, it's pretty obvious that the DNC went way overboard.

(11,803 posts)The founder of vendor NGP VAN is Nathaniel Pearlman, who was chief technology officer for Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign. Pearlman supervised Bryan Pagliano as the 2008 Clinton campaign IT director
http://www.gwu.edu/~action/2008/clinton/clintonorg.html
Pagliano went on to set up and manage Clintons private email server.
Pagliano pleaded the 5th when Hillary's emails and his role came under scrutiny.

what are the chances of the front running dem candidate having 2 IT guys that have to plead the 5th in court and an on going fbi investigation?

(24,411 posts)Keep making colossal errors. Iowans are watching and we caucus in 6 weeks. It's this kind of billshit that we hate. It's, in part, what sunk Hillary to third place in Iowa in 08
We not only watch the candidates; we watch the campaigns.

(6,960 posts)Debbie Wassermann Schultz is an embarrassment and disgrace to the Democratic Party.
She needs to resign now.
She is incompetent and has no credibility to be lecturing anyone on their behavior.
I just watched her on MSNBC ... she might as well be wearing a Hillary campaign button.

(4,280 posts)She needs to resign and apologize to Sanders.

(449 posts)DWS has no conscience. She's just hitching herself to the Clinton shooting star, even if she has to rig a few things to get there.
The thing about shooting stars... They burn out and fade away eventually. I hoped Clinton would have faded away after '08 when she saw there just wasn't a desire to have her as President. Instead we get the DNC doing everything they can to get their preferred candidate the nomination.

(7,499 posts)She was a co-chair of Hillary's 2008 campaign which should have made serving as chair of the DC a blatant conflict of interest in an election year.
She has no shame, absolutely none.

(25,699 posts)She's what you might call a "dropout," and no amount of discussion or cajoling is getting her back on the wagon. She watches the news for sports updates and color. DWS came on tonight, and mom was all "God damn look at her lie!"
Doesn't know DWS from Eve, doesn't follow campaigns or personalities. She just saw all the ticks and trips that DWS has when she lies, and was right on it.
Then I explained to her who DWS is, and what's going on (as I understand it) and well... momma might be getting back on the wagon this year

W/out evidence that his hierarchy knew about data-poaching, harsh penalty v. @BernieSanders looks like @DNC is putting finger on scale.

(2,741 posts)that the coronation is being led by DWS and the DNC...and got kicked in the ass by that old white man from Vermont...DWS is trying very hard to hand the nomination to the 1%er by getting Bernie out of the race...this time, progressives are willing to fight back...at least two million of us who have supported and donated to the best candidate we have seen in a long, long time...
No more 1%ers...ever...

(894 posts)It's very contrived.
Even the timing is being set to see if it can get traction.
If the public goes against Sanders, they can keep this going past the holidays. If not, they can bury this in the news and none will be the wiser.
The DNC has shown it's hand in picking the candidate, and amazingly, it's doing it more clumsily than the RNC has done.

The people are "this close." My conservative friends
lost their collective shit a few years back.
(Under their breath.) They've recently been
unleashed though. I think this is gonna hurt.

She really didn't belong in the shark tank.
I liked the girl, but she was way over her depth, both in experience and gravitas.
