Van Jones thinks Sanders will win Iowa

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by NH Ethylene (a host of the Latest Breaking News forum).

Source: ABC

"Let's hit the democrats. Bernie sanders, martin O'Malley. You talked about the person we always talk about, Donald Trump. Let's talk about the person we never talk about but we just heard from, Bernie sanders has incredible momentum. An almost media blackout. He's almost never the subject of the main conversation, but out in the country, you see a lot of Bernie sanders support, he got more contributions, individual donors, than any other in America history. I think he's going to win Iowa, he may win New Hampshire -- This man is not afraid to make -- Listen, I love Hillary Clinton, she'll be our nominee. But there is something happening in our party. The authenticity of Bernie sanders and the popularity of his agenda."

Bernie is obviously on the move, and could possibly upset the establishment's apple cart just like Obama did.

But before I go, I had better say the magic words: "I love Hillary Clinton, she'll be our nominee."

LOL

the way he's being ignored. Can you IMAGINE if they treated the queen that way??? OF COURSE..... Queenie's "in the loop" and they have that - wink, wink - agreement with her and her curly-topped manager.

I started the New Year off by sending Bernie's operation another C-note. Won't be our last such either. FEEL the BERN!

but the Democrats are not. 'Splintering' implies a lot that I do see happening on the other side that I don't see happening on ours.

For instance, if the Democrats held the House would our leadership be able to advance their agenda without facing constant rebellion?

Hell yes, it would.

If only.

You can tell these people are dying to say something--and they do. But they always have to throw in, "But she'll be our nominee!".

OMG...too funny.

Don't want to upset the corporate-owned media who is for Hillary.

Never mind them. Bernie will continue to win state after state and after state, and they can have the MSM and their talking points and whatever outdated trappings they like.

Bernie has "We The People", and I'd rather have that any day.*

*OH! BUT HILLARY IS GREAT TOO AND WILL PROBABLY BE OUR NOMINEE!!! FOR SURE!! REALLY!!!

Nevada and SC,a win in Iowa and NH will force the Media to talk about him and more free air time for Bernie.
The momentum push from those two wins could certainly propel him into to a great showing on Super Tuesday.
(And Bernie is not sharing office space with the DNC in Nevada as Hillary is doing)

Just think what an Iowa win will do for Bernie's Campaign contributions..will be huge.
