15. I read that in the republican party
it is up to the states, what happens to the delegates that a drop-out won.

20. Don't forget the GOP has at least 2 chances to change the rules...
... Before the convention.
Also don't forget that the chairman of the RNC is Speaker Paul Ryan. Also don't forget that if the rules are changed and the nomination is stolen from Donald Trump, he's sure to run as a third party candidate. Also don't forget that if Trump can win a few states as an independent, like say PA, NY, and NJ, it's possible that no candidate will win a majority of electoral votes and the House of Representatives will choose the next President. Also don't forget that to avoid being voted out for stealing the election, Congress may well choose not to appoint anyone. In which case Speaker of the House Paul Ryan inherits the job, assuming he is reelected as Speaker in January. So, what happens to those delegates depends a whole lot on how badly former Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan wants to be President.... Jesus Christ, sometimes my imagination frightens me. |

36. Oops! Sorry!
I misunderstood something somewhere and stupidly passed it on. Penis Rebus chooses the chairman of the Rules committee from among the delegates. My apologies.

I don't want any republicans... but I'm willing to accept anyone other than Cruz and Trump.
This just narrows it down to better chances for the Orange Hitler and the Christian Caliphate. |

Uses violence via surrogates (he has a history of it).
Cruz is a religious nutball. Katich is Koch-sucker. |

18. Actually, he was pretty bad.
Various news reports of his being a political dilettante, all show, no work, uses people to get what he wants and then drops them, and has done that enough in Fla. and the Senate that politicos have turned their backs on him.
Also has mis-used campaign and Party funds repeatedly. |

Kasich - the hedge fund trader from Lehmann Brothers before they were broken up for corruption over the mortgage scandal. He's not the wall street corruption candidate... oh wait!

candidates suspend campaign but do not quit
http://politicaldictionary.com/words/suspended-campaign/ "Candidates who suspend their campaigns usually get to keep any delegates they’ve won and can continue to raise money beyond what’s needed to retire their campaign debts. In contrast, candidates who actually drop out of a race, usually have to forfeit certain delegates and are limited in how they can raise future funds." "and can continue to raise money" "and can continue to raise money" "and can continue to raise money" "and can continue to raise money" "and can continue to raise money" *************** How's that go again? >>>>>>> (more at the article) If they have delegates, they can negotiate, barter, gain favors (donations?) or even jobs for the use of those delegates. |

I wonder if Rubio did too. I could see Trump choosing Rubio as VP because he's young and easy to push around. Not so with nutbag Cruz.
