Does no one remember Arturo Vega?

He was a pop-artist/graphic designer (most famous for the designs of LP covers for The Ramones). In the 1970s in NYC, he had a show of day-glow swastikas drawn as Warhol-esqe pop art. He wanted to take the symbol back from the Nazis and appropriate it as a symbol of man-made madness.
