Feinstein Dismisses Clinton Email Controversy: Enough Is Enough

In an interview with ABCs This Week that aired Sunday, Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein dismissed the controversy over Hillary Clintons use of a private email server, saying, enough is enough, and encouraging voters to deal with more pressing issues facing the country.
HC broke no law. I read all 42 pages of the report. The conclusion of the report does not say that. What it does say is that the [State] Department does not handle these electronic platform operations well.
She continued: I mean, what do people want? This goes on and on and on. Were reaching the final stages of a primary. Hillary Clinton is going to win this primary. I say enough is enough. Lets get to the major problems facing this nation.

She's another Howard Dean and she hasn't even left the Senate yet! She's as good a case for term limits and campaign finance reform as ANYONE you can dredge up. Diane (and Boxer) are there because they were wealthy and to get MORE wealthy still. Whatever noble idea they might have championed when they first ran for the Senate has been totally obscured to them by wads and wads of hundred dollar bills.

Without such markings, it is not possible to fulfill the other aspects of SF 312.
All that is saying is that if someone hands you information that you know to be classified, you still need to follow the correct procedures, even if the person who gave it to you, failed to follow the agreement. There is no law that makes people responsible for the unwitting transferal of information they did not know to be classified.
I simply cannot believe that I'm having to explain such basic concepts to a Democrat, rather than some idiot Republican.

That is, unless someone's been really pushing her to help get Bernie out of the race. This is definitely some form of corruption, with her bullshit predictions. I really don't give a shit what she has to say. And all of the Establishment know that Bernie is going NOWHERE. When will they learn?

And I hereby formally adopt Bernie Sanders into the Democratic family! He has the values that my parents and grandparents believed in, and that I've believed in all these years. He is a New Deal Democrat who chose wisely and courageously, as a political office holder, to distance himself from corrupt oligarchs like Diane Feinstein who have taken over our party and turned it to shit--to war, and greed, and putrid cronyism, and transglobal corporate rule.
He was right to do that. I am extremely impressed with his doing that. I wish I had done that when I began to realize how utterly our party leaders were betraying us--starting circa Reagan, Iran-Contra and their failure to impeach Reagan for a clear, blatant violation of the Boland Amendment in the Reagan/'contra' war on Nicaragua! Our Democratic leaders went for the money--Reagan making the rich richer. It started then. I know this personally because of my political connections in CA at the time. They abandoned the New Deal and went for the money! I did not know, then, how pervasive it was going to be. I now know. And Feinstein is a major archetype of that disgusting betrayal. And Hillary Clinton is another.
Bernie Sanders is a Democrat and they are NOT.

Now it's up to the FBI to determine the results. State has bowed out which leaves PBO with some cover., although the AG is somehow in the mix. Since the FBI is not political, they are working hard not to appear partisan yet not to let it go. They can't. They have jailed people for much less than is already known.
All that's left to be determined, IMHO, is how powerful the Clintons are now. Do they carry the same weight now neither of them is in formal government service? I doubt it, but there will be preferential treatment, seems likely anyway.
