Trump on black supporter: 'Look at my African-American over here'

Source: CNN

Donald Trump sought to tout his support among African-Americans on Friday by pointing out a black man in the crowd and calling him "my African-American."

"Oh, look at my African-American over here. Look at him," Trump said. "Are you the greatest?"
The remark didn't generate a noticeable response from Trump's audience.

Trump campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks told CNN Trump was "just referring to a supporter in the crowd. There's no ill will intended, obviously." She added Trump was "grateful for this person's support."

Hicks also rejected the suggestion that Trump's use of the possessive "my" to refer to the supporter was racist, saying such a charge was "ridiculous."

Sounds like he "loves the African Americans" as much as "the Hispanics"

it the future.

Its just that I have heard and read about this "person" for most of my life and he has always deserved these harsh words. I know people in Queens who grew up with him and they say the same thing.

When we were kids in NYC, the oft heard phrase was: "If you don't straighten out you are gonna get sent to military school"...

Well, he didn't straighten out and got sent to away to one... If he wasn't the words I called him his entire life, he would have possibly went to one of those exclusive private schools he probably sent his kids to. But he got sent away and now he is a step away from being President.

Its a bit scary...

I was just about to post about that because everyone seems to be skipping past it. Reminds me of Bill O'Rielly being pleasantly shocked while dining at Sylvia's in Harlem:

"I couldn't get over the fact that there was no difference between Sylvia's restaurant and any other restaurant in New York City. I mean, it was exactly the same, even though it's run by blacks, primarily black patronship.
...There wasn't one person in Sylvia's who was screaming, 'M-Fer, I want more iced tea.' ...You know, I mean, everybody was -- it was like going into an Italian restaurant in an all-white suburb in the sense of people were sitting there, and they were ordering and having fun. And there wasn't any kind of craziness at all."

culturally unaware after living in his bubble for so long... Probably the latter, but holy shit. Maybe both though!

He's a schmuck, and it says a lot that so many people voted for him.

On the other hand, Clinton gladly schmoozed with him at various times through her career, and bleh. That being said, Fuck Trump. America would probably go far downhill if he president, while it will just stay incredibly mediocre with Clinton at the helm. Sure would've been nice to have a better choice.
