Hospital: Israeli girl, 13, dies after Palestinian stabbing

JERUSALEM (AP) — A Palestinian stabbed an Israeli teenager to death in her bedroom in the West Bank early Thursday before he was shot dead, the Israeli army and a Jerusalem hospital said.

The victim was Hallel Yaffa Ariel, 13, according to a spokeswoman for Jerusalem's Shaarei Zedek hospital.

The military said an Israeli civilian security officer who arrived on the scene was stabbed. The assailant was killed, the army said.

The security officer was in a serious condition, emergency services spokesman Yonatan Yagodovsky said.

That's the ways it's been done for thousands of years in hundreds of cultures.

We do this less, but we still do it, to a much lesser extent, in some communities, and it's had a bit of a resurgence in the last couple of decades. We also tend to do the same thing as a nation we tend to do it.

i cant tell you how many times when there were riots in Iran like in the 90s or the green movement that family and friends or on american farsi radio that the Iranian government would bring busloads of Palestinians and use them as the shock troops against Iranian citizens, because according to Iranians the killings could never be done by a fellow iranian . but the fact is the radical wahhabi muslims in the middle east want to drive every single last non Muslim out of the middle east. Then once there done with that the shia and sunnis will turn on each other. In fact thats why your seeing such an intense standoff and war in the middle east between different sects of islam. In the years past they always had non muslims to drive out and kill (armenian genocide) bahais, jews, coptic and chaldian christians. and of course we saw what they did to the yazdiz and non muslim holy sites. They are either being destroyed or are already destroyed. How many times can you burn down a temple or a church. Ariel was sleeping when the Palestinian assailant, identified as Mohammed Tra'ayra, 19, broke into her house and stabbed her, after jumping over the perimeter fence of the Kiryat Arba settlement. "We have now confirmed that she is a U.S. citizen," State Department spokesman John Kirby said at a news briefing.
