A Massachusetts convoy of Trump supporters drove from Wrentham to Foxboro in their trucks, RVs and SUVs on July 31 and were caught on tape spewing racist epithets and calls for anti-black violence.

“Lynch the ni**ers by their d*cks!” said one driver, according to Winning Democrats, which highlighted a YouTube video of what the “Make America Great Again” convoy talked about on its CB channel when they thought no one was listening.

“Burn every single ni**er!” said another driver.

“All I know is we got plenty of trees to hang ni**ers from,” said another.

I've only been robbed and assaulted once in my life (lucky to be alive), and it was when I visited a "redneck" bar full of people like them.

I walked seven miles from the hospital to my home the next morning, my head still throbbing and my clothes covered in dried blood. I passed all kinds of black people on the way (since the hospital is in the middle of a mostly-black community) who just said, "Sheeeeit!" when they saw me, but at least they didn't assault me.

Someone in the bar bad-mouthed Obama like crazy to me and I didn't say anything. I think my silence is what caused me to get clobbered in the back of the head and robbed as I left. Cops found me unconscious in the parking lot and called an ambulance. I needed several stitches around my eye too. The attackers apparently felt compelled to hit me in the face after the blow to the head.

It was a nicer place in the past, but it apparently made a transition to biker/redneck during my absence.

The other possibility is that it was a robbery, plain and simple. I had left my wallet in my car's glovebox and had a wad of cash in my pocket. I pulled out that cash to pay for some beers and someone might've noticed it.

I still think it was related to the super-redneck who introduced himself to me at the bar, though. He said that he'd never seen me before, but I should visit more often. He said it was a great hang-out because everyone has "each others backs" and they'd beat the shit out of trouble-makers in the past. It was like he was trying to get me to join a gang. I acted like I was "honored" by it, but it really just made me more leery of the place. After that, he started making his numerous racist and anti-Obama remarks. I said stuff like, "I don't know. I think the trouble is deeper than that." And so on. He gave me a nasty look by the time it was over.

The police entered the bar after they found me and asked questions. The barmaid there told them that I did it to myself! She claimed that I went outside and banged my head against the brick wall!

The last thing that I remember before waking up in the ER (while getting stitches) was leaving the bar and heading toward my car. I knew that I wasn't too inebriated to drive home.

I had no money on me at the hospital (since it was stolen) and nobody to call to drive me home, so I walked. My answering machine was full of messages from my boss. I called him to report that I'd been in a hospital all night and I'd try to return to work the next day. I then passed out on my bed.

I later called a cab who drove me the couple miles to my car which was still parked near the bar. I'd already walked home 7 miles, but I just wasn't in the mood to walk more. I was still dizzy anyway.

I called the hospital the next day and gave them my insurance information. They apparently only knew my name and address because I gave it to them during a half-conscious state that I don't recall. Amazingly, I didn't suffer any broken bones. The bump on the back of my head was gigantic, though.

After the ER visit wiped out my insurance's out-of-pocket expense for the entire year, I finally had a huge hernia repaired after about 10 years.

I looked up the barmaid's name from the police report. I found her Facebook page and hoped that she'd provide clues about what happened to me. Nope! She was very trashy and uneducated, with several of her FB posts misspelled. Her "baby's father" had been sent to prison, etc.
