The best movie in the history of movies! Chef, Dances with Wolves, Godfather 1 & 2,
Breaker Morant, Airplane, Stalingrad, The Downfall, The Man who shot Liberty
Valance, and Little Big Man aren't bad either.

http://variety.com/2016/film/news/gene-wilder-dead-dies-willie-wonka-young-frankenstein-1201846745/

Nowadays, we have to worry about this perverse habit of some people to create fake drama about famous people passing, but it's true, apparently.

Gene Wilder, who regularly stole the show in such comedic gems as “The Producers,” “Blazing Saddles,” “Young Frankenstein,” “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” and “Stir Crazy,” died Monday at his home in Stamford, Conn. His nephew Jordan Walker-Pearlman said he died of complications from Alzheimer’s disease. He was 83.

I wondered why he disappeared from the scene--now I know. Genius. I enjoyed his work.
