when will these people learn that federal law supperceeds state law? i remember when states would pull this nonsense many years ago, and the feds would just say,, oh we will withold highay moines and other funds and watch the states start to squeal.

since GOP crazies have now taken over many state governments, they really don't care if all the federal money is cut off. They will proceed to let the people in the states suffer and wallow in their American Idol watching until the few sane people left in their state legislatures wake up and go after their own sickos.

AARP was already concerned.
