Trump Attorney Fires Back After ‘Jane Doe’ Refiles Rape Lawsuit with New Witness

Source: LawNewz

by Alberto Luperon | 1:29 pm, October 1st, 2016

Two weeks ago, “Jane Doe” dismissed her rape lawsuit against Donald Trump and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, but promised to refile. It happened on Friday. She and her attorney brought forward an amended complaint to The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. This one includes a new witness.

The original lawsuit claimed Trump raped the then-13-year-old plaintiff in the 1990s. There was also a second anonymous woman, known as “Tiffany Doe.” She said that Epstein had her pickup teenage girls for his parties. One of these girls was Jane, and Tiffany said she witnessed Trump and Epstein rape the plaintiff several times.

The new complaint adds a third woman. She’s known in court documents as “Joan Doe.”

“In the 1994-95 school year, I was told by the plaintiff in Jane Doe v. Trump and Epstein (1:16-cv-04642, SDNY) that the plaintiff was subject to sexual contact by the Defendants at parties in New York City during the summer of 1994,” her declaration states.

No one in the media cares if allegations about Clinton are serious or not, they report on them as if they are true. I doubt they'll do the same for these allegations against Trump.

You may "doubt" it will come to anything, but let the appropriate authorities investigate.

And yes, there is certainly a lack of fairness about this regarding the Clinton allegations--but as Correy Booker Sen. from New Jersey says, "Just because we can't fix all the problems, doesn't mean we shouldn't fix the problems we can."

I have no difficulty in believing that Trump forced himself and under-age victims.

One witness recruited girls for the sex parties for years. Trump obviously attended. Once the suit is broadcast widely, some others may be willing to add their testimony.

There was no evidence suggested (in the materials I've seen online) to point to Trump attending more than the one event. Epstein has previously been tried in connection with other events during this same period. There was some flight log or something indicating that Trump did fly on a plane that Epstein used in connection with these events, if I recall correctly. However it did not appear to be a regular thing. There's a bunch of stuff on the internet if you look around for it. It sounds most likely that the one girl who says she was assaulted was in fact assaulted very brutally, but there were no allegations (that I found) of it being a recurring thing for Trump. For Epstein it seems to have been a regular thing he did, organizing these horrific events.

This time it is Trump who will get hit back ten times harder. And that is because this case is going all the way.

He certainly is the poster boy for someone who gets off of crimes because of the "affluenza" defense.

I was listening to a Hidden Brain podcast which talked about how the wealthy are less empathetic to others--they didn't stop nearly as often when people wanted to cross the street as did people driving less expensive cars. Clearly Trump believes he is worth more than anyone else, and he is allowed to harm people with no consequence to him.

I certainly hope in this situation that justice is done. If he's exonerated and there is no evidence supporting the accusation, then that's the way it is. But if the evidence indicates that he did have sex with underage girls, I would send him to prison for a long time.

And this would certainly indicate that all of his mindless supporters embraced his perfidy.

Really, it does. Classic narcissist, dominance-driven, obsessed with his sexual prowess -- add 1950's/60's unreconstructed male, by which I mean misogynist pirate --

Could absolutely be true.

sexual harassment. These women helped sink Cain. News of this lawsuit will have some impact. We may not see it at a level as we did with Cain or the extreme rape instances/charges of Bill Cosby, but this will tarnish Trump.
