Conway: If Clinton and Obama Loved Country Enough, Theyd Stop Saying Russia Hacked Election

Kellyanne Conway gave an interview on America’s Newsroom today, where she blamed President Obama and his staffers for generating friction between them and President-Elect Donald Trump.

As he addressed the news from the CIA during a recent briefing, Press Secretary Josh Earnest said that Trump knew that Russia was trying to help him throughout the election, and the mogul went along with it out of self-interest.

Today, Conway responded to all of this by saying that it’s just the latest sign of how the Democratic Party is in chaos from their unexpected defeat. Conway went on to say that Obama and Hillary Clinton ought to stop criticizing Trump and stop talking about whether Russia hacked major political networks…for the country’s own good.

“If you want to shut this down and you actually love the country enough to have the peaceful transition in our great democracy between the Obama administration and the Trump administration, there are a couple people in pretty prominent positions, one is named Obama, one is named Hillary Clinton, since his people are trying to fight over her election still, they could shut this down.”
