No way around a simple fact
Police forces in a dozen different 1st world nations do not have these issues.
All of the police forces in Germany combined have less police shootings (not killings, just firing a gun in line of duty) in 10 years than police in Texas have in 2015.m
Better gun control and better trained and better equipped police are the only way to avoid this insanity.
