"The Washington Post reported Friday that Burr said he had talked to reporters about reports of contacts between Russians and Trump associates.

“I felt I had something to share that didn’t breach my responsibilities to the committee in an ongoing investigation,” Burr told the Post.

In a statement Sunday afternoon, King said: “I am deeply troubled by these reports and intend to speak with Chairman Burr to better understand what happened. This Committee must have credibility not only with our colleagues, but also with the American people – to whom we owe nothing less than a thorough, fair, and nonpartisan investigation – and I will have serious concerns if it seems that we are no longer able to proceed in this manner.”'

He's as crooked as they come and would never do anything to upset his golden gravy train. He's been a huge disappointment to the people of North Carolina.

He's a no show, no call for all of his average constituents. He refuses to hold town hall meetings because they “don’t work for him.” What he really works for is that large check writing sound. Just ask Devos, she's one of his contributors.

Funny thing is, his wife is wealthy in her own right. He could quit his poor excuse for public service immediately and have a sugar mama for the rest of his worthless life, but greed and power are ravenous mistresses.
