Another subpoena issued in investigation of GOP party chair, report says

Source: NJ.com

TOMS RIVER - Ocean County has been served with another subpoena in the federal investigation into county Republican Party Chairman George R. Gilmore, the Asbury Park Press reported.

The subpoena, which was delivered to the county Board of Elections on Wednesday, orders the county to bring "any and all records for (Gilmore) related to his position as the Chairman of the Election Board of Ocean County for the time frame Jan. 1, 2010 to the present" to a grand jury that is scheduled to convene in a U.S. District Court in Trenton on the morning of April 13, according to the report.

Gilmore, 67, of Toms River, reportedly owes approximately $1 million in income taxes and the Internal Revenue Service has multiple tax liens on his properties.

This subpoena follows others issued to the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders and various New Jersey towns with connections to Gilmore's Toms River-based law firm, Gilmore and Monahan.

is getting sick and tired of repubbie corruption. Trump brought it to the forefront. People know that it has to be stopped at the state and local level.

Our judiciary is still on the job, too!
