President Donald Trump has hired a Washington law firm to send a letter to a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee saying he has no connections to Russia, White House press secretary Sean Spicer said Tuesday.

Spicer's revelation was in response to a question from reporters on a briefing about committee member Sen. Lindsey Graham's remarks that he wants to look into whether Trump has any business dealings with Russia.

"The president, obviously, was aware of Senator Graham's suggestion after he made it today and he's fine with that. He has no business in Russia. He has no connections to Russia. So he welcomes that," Spicer said.

With what Russia tried to pull in France.

It takes Americans a little longer to catch on, I think because Europeans are closer to Russia, and know how they operate.

and tried, the Russians could NOT get DFT to invest in their country, even when offered many sweet deals. It perplexed them no end.

However, HELL YEAH, Russia invested in HIM, and - here we are. The dollars came here, in this case - they weren't shipped to Moscow...and...here we are! (*sigh*)

Doesn't Trump already have White House Counsel? And doesn't he have staff to send any needed letters?

I have always maintained he desperately WANTS to do business in Russia. He's been trying to get for about 30 years, according to an article I read.

He's had, in the past, some deals with third parties where Russians were also involved.

Trump Jr said in the past that Russians are a major source of funds to the Trump organization. Note that that is not Trump personally.

This whole thing is so disgusting.
