At a lunch with TV anchors Jake Tapper, Scott Pelley, Wolf Blitzer, Greta Van Susteren and George Stephanopoulos, among others, Donald Trump said he believes the appointment of a special counsel to head the Department of Justices Russia investigation hurts our country terribly.
Deputy FBI Director Rod Rosenstein on Wednesday announced former FBI Director Robert Mueller will lead the departments probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and possible collusion with the Trump campaign.
I believe it hurts our country terribly, because it shows were a divided, mixed-up, not-unified country, Trump said, according to CNNs Tapper. And we have very important things to be doing right now, whether its trade deals, whether its military, whether its stopping nuclearall of the things we discussed today.
I think this shows a very divided country, Trump added.

But no, I guess nothing surprises me anymore.
What truly shows that the country is divided are the divisive things that he is doing to drive a wedge of blatant lies, ignorance and hatred between good Americans on both sides. We may not all agree on some things, but we were all born Americans with the legacy of a Constitution created by those wiser than most of us.
He capitalizes on the frustrations and fear of others, and makes a concerted effort to create more of both as a distraction, while he continues to ruin Democracy, Human Rights, the environment, and progressive industries that may save the enconomy, jobs and our planet.
I hope Ailes keeps a seat warm for him......

The Dems have nothing to do with it. In fact, the Dems have very little power right now, so it's ridiculous to think they are responsible for anything other than requesting a special counsel. A mere request.

He has no logic, no perspective; nothing exists outside of his self-loving skin.
