That's not going to happen because the law is on his side on this one.

He's been granted a pardon. For the moment, that is the operative status. To jail someone who received a pardon while a court challenge to the pardon is pending would open a can of worms. Not only is the challenge unlikely to succeed, jailing someone who has received a pardon would be irreparable harm.

I don't like the pardon one bit, but the law here isn't really unclear.
