Trump fires back at Kim Jong Un after UN address

President Trump fired back at North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Friday after Kim stated the U.S. would "pay dearly" for threats Trump made at the United Nations.

In an early-morning tweet Friday, Trump warned that North Korea would be "tested" like never before.

"Kim Jong Un of North Korea, who is obviously a madman who doesn't mind starving or killing his people, will be tested like never before!" Trump tweeted.

Trump's remarks come in response to a statement made personally by Kim on Thursday in which he rips Trump as "mentally deranged" and likened the U.S. president to a frightened dog.

They could, as a group, step up and say the truth: this man is not fit to be president.

And yet they don't. They can see where we are headed. I feel like our two hopes are the generals and/or Mueller.

Otherwise, we're headed in a very dangerous direction.

In short, (I don't have time to go into depth) it would be highly--and DANGEROUSLY--destabilizing for the military, which is subject to CIVILIAN authority under the Constitution, to say, we will pick and choose which orders we follow. It is tantamount to a military coup. We DON'T want to go there. Trust me.

But go to the Republican leadership and say this guy's unstable. The Republicans know this - they've made their deal with the devil.

I'd rather have the military step up and save us than the alternative of Trump killing half the world and contaminating the other half with radiation making our doom inevitable - if I had a choice.
