An NFL player fired back at President Trump for saying people should “pick up and leave” NFL games if players kneel during the national anthem.

“Trump stay in ur place... football have nothing to do wit u smh,” Washington Redskins linebacker Zach Brown tweeted, using an acronym for "shaking my head."

Trump told a crowd at a rally for Alabama Senate candidate Luther Strange (R) on Friday night that NFL players will stop kneeling if fans leave games.

They don't play the Anthem before a movie. Just interminable previews and the stray commercial.

India requires their national anthem to be played before every feature film...and in India, going to movie theaters is very popular. Here is an Indian SC decision from last year:

TO INSTILL “committed patriotism and nationalism”, the Supreme Court Wednesday ordered that “all the cinema halls in India shall play the national anthem before the feature film starts and all present in the hall are obliged to stand up to show respect to the national anthem” as a part of their “sacred obligation”

I think it's an exercise to keep people polarized, the stupid ones pitted against the intelligent ones.

The really dumb ones find it easy to be proud about being a member of a country with corrupt leaders and barbaric practices, and intelligent people aren't as easy to manipulate. They know when things are wrong, and struggle to correct them. They don't pretend evil is wonderful and salute it.

When those same team players KNEEL for their beliefs, people insult them. If white eople were being shot and killed as often as African americans, everyone would be kneeling in protest.
