SOMERSET, N.J. — President Trump on Sunday morning renewed his demand that NFL owners fire or suspend players who kneel during the national anthem in protest, again urging that fans should boycott the sport to force change.

"If NFL fans refuse to go to games until players stop disrespecting our Flag & Country, you will see change take place fast," Trump wrote. "Fire or suspend!"

"NFL attendance and ratings are WAY DOWN. Boring games yes, but many stay away because they love our country. League should back U.S.," he continued in a second tweet.

The tweets continue a three-day-long crusade by the president to pressure the league to fire players who have taken a knee in an effort to protest police violence against minorities.

There is little-to-no proof that the kneeling has anything to do with it
The uber long games because of commercials are a part. When those two on line gaming companies went under I think that has been part of it.
I have seen that ff participation is way down and some companies have gone under (smaller ones)
People have lives. The NFL is run by extremely wealthy people.
Dotards followers will not stay away because it means giving up their favorite Sunday past time ( sorry Reverend you're not it)
And if/when it spreads to college football, then they will either be forced to suck it up (ie watch something else until opening kick off), go to the CFL and learn Oh Canada, or give up football (3 ain't gonna happen)
