Trump heads to his Virginia golf club for third consecutive weekend

Source: The Hill

BY BRANDON CARTER - 10/21/17 11:14 AM EDT

President Trump traveled to his Virginia golf club on Saturday, marking the third consecutive weekend Trump has visited the club.

Trump left the White House just after 10 a.m. on Saturday morning for an undisclosed location. The White House press pool later reported that Trump’s motorcade had arrived at Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Va less than an hour later.

Trump was spotted wearing a white polo shirt, a white hat and dark pants, the pool reporter added. Trump has no public events scheduled for Saturday or Sunday.

Last weekend, Trump headed to his Virginia golf club with Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky) on Sunday after golfing with Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) there on Saturday.

Wouldn't that be enough on its own for impeachment?

Republicans made Jimmy Carter give up his peanut farm. But there's no problem with Trump funneling hundreds of thousands of dollars into his own pocket with all of the secret service presence required at these golf clubs?

Hardly a week goes by without taxpayer-funded trips to one of their own properties. These stays promote the Trump brand and further enrich the Trump family.

Forget about the Secret Service paying for golf carts for a moment.
Back in Jan-Feb Trump held a big media event about how he was giving up running his company, he would take himself out of the picture. To me that also includes giving up the perks. One has to be a member to gold at one of his golf clubs. Does he have a membership?? Is he paying for his golf?? When he takes people golfing, who pays for their golf?? Who pays for lunch?? Who pays for drinks??

he was going to be far too busy working in the White House to play golf! I seem to remember him saying something like that during his campaign.

I actually believe he's spent more time golfing than he's spent working, and I mean working, not watching TV in the Oval Office, eating his "two scoops", talking to his racist pals, tweeting, and all of the other horse-shit he does that can't be counted as actual "work".

dump has shown himself to be a lazy-ass, disinterested "president". Oh, well--the less time he spends "on the job", the less the country suffers from his incompetence and evil intentions.

(From January)

"The Hateful Eight" actor called Trump out for cheating during golf games in the January issue of Rhapsody Magazine.
When asked who the better golfer was, Jackson said with a smile, "Oh I am, for sure. I don't cheat."

"I don't know what the Don's up to," he said. "Interesting character. More P.T. Barnum than politician. I don't think he believes half the things he says."

Trump fired back at the comments (with a typically hateful tweet):

That motherfucker doesn’t like Samuel L. Jackson because Of Sam’s history in the civil rights movement. He’s also jealous that Sam Jackson is a beloved person, and Trump is both feared and loathed.
