North Korea reportedly launches ballistic missile
Source: CBS
North Korea has launched its latest ballistic missile test, Reuters reports, according to the South Korean news agency Yonhap. The news agency cites South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff in its report that offered no other details on Tuesday's launch. Last week, the U.S. issued new sanctions on four Chinese trading companies and a Chinese national said to have conducted hundreds of millions of dollars in business with North Korea. The Treasury Department also designated six North Korean shipping and trading companies and 20 vessels as part of its efforts to disrupt funding for the rogue nation's nuclear and missile programs. This is a developing story and will be updated. Read more: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/north-korea-launches-ballistic-missile-report-live-updating/

7. The dots are certainly getting connected.
I'm afraid dotard will take the whole world down with him instead of going like Tricky did. dotard has no love for anyone else but himself. Nixon did love his daughters and ultimately took a sane course of action. I have no confidence that dotard will.

9. Not long before his death Nixon saw the rise of the neo-cons and warned about getting ....
... involved in the middle east but unlike Trump Nixon was smart and understood
geo-politics. Trump is being played by both Putin and China right now. |

3. My father-in-law told me that when he was in
school, they had duck and cover drills alongside sirens that went off almost every other month here in Los Angeles.

5. We use to have drills where we sat under our little desks in elementary.
Like that would do a lot of good. LOL. Best to live close to a major city and just stand until vaporized. You'll never feel a thing. The survivors are the one's who'll have to live through hell on earth.
Impeachment now! |

8. I remember those.
We had to duck and cover. Since girls had to wear dresses to school in those days, it was embarrassing. It was hard to keep from showing our underpants.

With McConnell being a SAC base all those days ago. Yup,hiding under your little desk would really to a load of good if a button was pushed.

6. I remember that.
During the Cuban Missile Crisis a siren would sound and we would have to go out to the playground, line up on different letters painted on the asphalt, and moms would take charge of each group and walk us home.
Scary, when you're in first grade. ![]() |
