HYDE PARK Over 75 area resident gathered at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum this morning to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the Social Security program.

After the talks the residents enjoyed slices of birthday cakes for the 2012 National Birthday Party for Social Security.
