Corporate records and sources close to the alleged relationship between adult film actress Stormy Daniels and Donald Trump show that the president’s lawyer created an LLC in Delaware to pay the actress for her silence.

As the Wall Street Journal reported, Trump’s attorney Michael Cohen created Essential Consultants, LLC. on October 17, 2016, and “then used a bank account linked to the entity to send the payment to the client-trust account of a lawyer representing” Daniels, whose given name is Stephanie Clifford.

17. it is noteworthy that DT's attorney set up an LLC, of all things, for the purpose

of paying hush money to a mistress. When she reported her "earnings" to the IRS, she reported them as coming from Essential Consulting, not from Donald Trump.

This is not the usual purpose of LLCs. And everyone is now wondering where the money came from.

Also, it is noteworthy because this was during the same pre-election time period when DT was denying claims made by several other women. If this payment hadn't been hidden, it would have added to their credibility.
