Tweetdeck is pretty widely used among people in the media. It allows you to type several tweets at once, then schedule them for the future. So in theory, he could write four tweets last night, schedule them for 8:00, 8:01, 8:02 and 8:03. Then in the morning, Twitter sends them out without him having to do anything.

21. Yes, they're repairing/rebuilding the existing wall.

Until 5 years ago, I had lived in San Diego for many years and crossed often into Mexico. There is and has been an existing wall for a very long time. No "new" wall is being built there at all. While I can't comment on the situation east of Otay Mesa, the wall at that location looked strong and very secure, too.
