McCabe to sue Trump admin for defamation, wrongful termination

Former deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe is planning to sue the Trump administration for defamation and wrongful termination, according to multiple media reports Friday.

McCabe’s lawyer Michael Bromwich told reporters that McCabe is also considering filing other civil claims.

He said that the legal team hasn’t yet figured out when they’re going to file the lawsuits.

“We’ll file when we’re ready,” Bromwich said, according to Axios.

As both a NYC street agent & supervisor investigating Semion's Russian mob,

I've dealt w/ FBI agents all of the time and they were always respectful, and professional. I provided per FBI subpoenas data on various telephone recordings. Again, I wish Mr. McCabe the best. These guys oftentimes are the last stand against organized crime and the like, in protecting all of us.

for PR and negotiation purposes. If he has no intention of going forward with it, because for instance he's reached a better settlement or any dangers of discovery to himself, we'll know because it'll of course be dropped before that phase.

Itm, let them claw at each other as we head for the midterms. Trump can't be trusted to make a move without blabbing and otherwise hurting himself, much less his party.

Interestingly, the enemies in government whom Trump rails against as Democratic "deep state" conspirators are apparently all Republicans. McCabe's just among the latest.
