NPR just reported that China's "concessions" were merely a promise to buy goods they were already planning to buy. Meanwhile there have been no concessions on intellectual property violations nor on government subsidies to sectors that China wants to develop to world dominance: electric cars, railways, nuclear power plants, solar energy, cloud computing, AI, and others.
