President Donald Trump on Thursday angrily lashed out at the New York Attorney General’s office after it sued his family for allegedly conducting multiple illegal operations via the purportedly nonprofit Trump Foundation.

“The sleazy New York Democrats, and their now disgraced (and run out of town) A.G. Eric Schneiderman, are doing everything they can to sue me on a foundation that took in $18,800,000 and gave out to charity more money than it took in, $19,200,000,” the president wrote. “I won’t settle this case!”

The president wasn’t done ranting, however.

The New York AG found multiple instances of alleged self-dealing within the Trump Foundation, as Trump signed off on using charity money to pay off lawsuits against his businesses — and even to buy a $10,000 portrait of himself.................................

The money will not be paid by him anyway. He can just sell off some taxpayer resource, overcharge his already overcharges for staying one night at one of his properties, or ask some foreign government for money in exchange for a policy decision.
