Trump calls North Carolina redistricting ruling 'unfair'

Source: The Hill

President Trump on Friday tore into a court's ruling this week that struck down the state's GOP-drawn redistricting map as an unconstitutional gerrymander, suggesting that "there has to be something going on."

“How unfair is that?” Trump said during a speech at a GOP fundraising event in Charlotte, N.C., attended by several Republican members of Congress, according to White House pool reports.

“No, it’s very unfair to have an election in less than 60 days and they change the district on you? And you’ve already won primaries? How does that work?" Trump continued.

"You’ve all gone through primaries — or some of you have — and it’s been districted for years, and now you have to redraw lines to have a new district? Even though you won a primary in another district? I don’t know. There has to be something going on.”

Whining. There's never been a president that whines and complains as much as Trump. Of course all of our other presidents didn't act like spoiled 5 year olds, either.

If whining was winning, Trump would be the greatest president ever.

Drew new illegal districts, lost in court, fought it, lost again..
And now whining that its too late to change them???

Because the goal all along was to drag it out so its too late and they win even though they lose.

And to make a point.
There are 2.6M Ds and 2.0M Rs registered in NC. Yet Rs have a 75-45 majority in the House and a 34-16 majority in the Senate.
And thats just the State Houses.
In US congress they have gerrymandered an even larger 10-3 advantage.

He lies about easy provably facts. The GOP's reason for impeaching Clinton was lying about sex. If they weren't such hypocrites, every single day would yield impeachable offenses.

If you don't have to do it right, when will you have time to do it over. [and over and over, ad nauseum]

Same thing about writing shit for laws and then pawning off to the courts to fix, and whining how unfair the court is.

VOTE THEM OUT 2018 ! ! !

Tax incoming and outgoing 0.5% = $18.25 Trillion per year and dump the unfair IRS 3,000 pages of tax code.

I guess he believes that he and he alone is qualified to judge the fairness of a process, and then take steps to remedy it.

It will be interesting to see what he does about N.C. Once again he's facing his old nemesis -- the Judicial Branch of the government.
