Source: Vegas Inc (Las Vegas Sun)

A new round of name-calling erupted Monday between copyright lawsuit filer Righthaven LLC of Las Vegas and one of its creditors.

... In the latest round of legal wrangling, Righthaven filed motions in federal court in Las Vegas on Monday complaining about what it called the “scorched earth judgment enforcement efforts” of Righthaven defendant Wayne Hoehn and his attorneys.

... Righthaven's last remaining outside attorney, Shawn Mangano of Las Vegas, ... said the Righthaven officers told (Hoehn's attorneys at Randazza Legal Group) the company no longer has any cash Hoehn can seize but that Randazza can seize about 10 computers and a server — minus their hard drives.

and a box of little stuffed koala bears with the defendants logo on them. Unfortunately the sheriffs deputies drank most of the soda. Practically speaking all our client realized was about $1500 for the Nortel phone system.

Anything on those hard drives represents the intellectual property of Righthaven, which also counts as an asset.
