Trump wonders why Kavanaugh accuser didn't 'call the FBI 36 years ago'

In an interview before a Las Vegas rally Thursday night, President Trump wondered why Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser Christine Blasey Ford didn’t “call the FBI 36 years ago” to report his sexual misdeed.

“To take a man like this and besmirch,” Trump said to Fox News personality Sean Hannity of the allegations that have rocked his second Supreme Court pick. “That being said, let her have her say, and let’s see how it all works out.”

Trump spoke to Hannity directly before the Nevada campaign rally, where he continued to hold his tongue when speaking about Ford – who accused Kavanaugh of a high school-era sexual assault – while still firmly taking the judge’s side.

I'm about as certain as I can be that that wasn't the actual reason, but it would certainly would have been sufficient disincentive.

But Spanky is too ignorant to know that. Plus, he’s obviously mixed up their criminal investigation function with their background checking function. Stupid git.

Most of them took years to be revealed to the public, why doesn't someone ask him why they didn't call years ago?

Do you have evidence that he is not?

Note the cameras never show his other ass (the one not above the collar). There could be an arm stuck up there manipulating wires to make him appear ambulatory. The ass with the stuffed ferret on top could have a speaker hidden behind the "tongue".

Nothing I've seen proves there is a living, active brain within that thing in our White House.

Meanwhile, the FBI never told Trump or anyone at the White House it doesn’t want to be involved in investigating the allegations against Kavanaugh, and it could investigate the matter if directed to do so by the White House, according to a person with knowledge of the matter. Trump claimed on Tuesday that the bureau isn’t interested in investigating the allegations.

The FBI in 1991 investigated Anita Hill’s claims as part of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’s confirmation that he had sexually harassed her repeatedly.
