2. He has until Jan 4 to get out of the country.
Sullivan should've ordered Flynn to surrender his PP forthwith.

6. Interpol becomes relevant if he tries to skip the country. Also, the CIA and Russia.
If I were Flynn and I tried to run, I'd be worried about coming back to the country in a body bag. Dude, just stay put and do your prison time like an adult. You fucked up BIGLY, you better cooperate with the investigations and maybe they'll be merciful in your sentencing. Suck it up, buttercup. Running gets you made dead. If the CIA doesn't get to you off of US soil, Russia will get you for talking.

Christmas eve wouldn't surprise me one bit. Get the pitchforks ready.

10. Simply, everyone involved faces life imprisonment at worst IF they stay in the US. If they leave...
...they die.
We can't protect them from Russia once they leave US soil, and the world is the CIA's bloody playground. |

3. Flynn is toast
I know nothing about this Judge. I bet he worked for where he is in life.
He also knows that somewhere a brown kid who did far less is parked in a prison. That nonsense that Fox and friends has been spouting was not going to fly in his courtroom. Bravo! ![]() |

4. Looks to me that Flynn's attorneys, with their arrogant filing last week...
...have really pissed off this judge.
Mueller will milk Flynn for all he can get in the next three months, then the judge will throw the book at him. Subject to the expected pardon, he'll get a much bigger sentence than he would have gotten before last week. |

17. The judge knows the details and extent of his crimes...
which is pretty telling in itself. I like this judge much better than Manafort's...that guy was a grandstanding ass.
This is killing me! I read the last chapter of a book first and I WANT to know the endings of movies ahead of time. I need to be aware of which details to focus on and also prepare myself mentally for the outcome. That is why I liked Columbo. He let you know who the guilty guy was from the start. |

5. Ambushed?
The administration claims Flynn was "ambushed" by the FBI, I assume because they believe Flynn didn't see it coming when he spoke to agents in an interrogation. I guess he didn't get an early heads up that they would prosecute him for crimes he knowingly committed.
What I want to know is how does Trump think the FBI usually handle their investigations? I think he's about to get a first hand tutorial. |

22. 50 miles from DC? Most of the crimes happen within 1 mile. Capitol and WH.
Of course there are some supporting characters on K St. and Mass Ave.
The bars and strip joints around are good places to do the real transactions. Watch out for those roving stingrays that might capture your cell phone/laptop conversations. Watch out for those cute russian/slovakian ladies who seem to worm their way into the repuglicon hearts. Is that because those hearts are so cold? Unloved by mothers(Pence) or spouses? |
