'It's Fox News viewers vs. everyone else,' new poll concludes

Source: Marketwatch

“Propaganda works,” was the provocative conclusion reached by Recode co-founder Kara Swisher, who tweeted out this chart on Tuesday summarizing the findings of a recent NBC News/WSJ poll:

As NBC’s Mark Murray points out, “it’s Fox News viewers vs. everyone else.”

While viewers of all the other major networks mostly agree on the questions asked in the poll, Fox News fans remain outliers.

For example, on Fox, Trump’s approval percentage is a lofty 73%, a full 35 percentage points above his rating among viewers of the network among whose viewers he earns his second highest approval number. And, as you can see, there’s a wide split on whether Russia poses a threat to the integrity of future elections.

takes is an even half assed dissenting opinion to break up and throw a little doubt into the authoritarian certitude needed to sell lies.

this is one more useless poll that helps liberals and democrats to keep ignoring the real problem - 1500 coordinated radio stations in a 20-1 monopoly and the only medium that can sell lies all day without challenge from the other side of the political spectrum.
the only reason bush, palin, trump even got close to the white house.

fox is just the visual icing on the talk radio lie turd pie and as soon as the left figures that out trump and the gop will be done

they wasted their money with this useless study.

americans want.

no need for a new fairness doctrine

AI assisted transcription will amp up stoprush x 100 by allowing activists to easily list RW radio advertisers with little listening. much easier and effective than boycotting fox, or hoping for supermajorities to pass a new FD with those 1500 radio stations screaming FREE SPEECH!

when the ad industry sees it happening that threat will force it to have to ask advertisers if they actually want to support trump and global warming denial. if americans want to get this shit out of the white house and force republicans to drop him all they have to do is stop ignoring it and reduce kremlin talk radio from 1500 to 200 stations. that will be the most effective offense dems can do.

THIS statement should be in a rap song:
"1500 coordinated radio stations in a 20-1 monopoly"

Translated into rap poetry:

1500 radio stations
Lock-step like a league of nations

Belching lies for Bush and Trump
And all their gangsta money thugs.

They bustin' ears across the country,
Usin' what Taft once called a monopoly.

Twistin' truth at 20 to 1:
20 stations for the devil and 1 for my mom.

She so tired of this bullshit media.

Faux Noose and RW domination of talk are the foundation of conservative power in America. If we ever regain control of the WH and Congress, we need to make legislation dealing with media ownership and dominance a priority. As well as large tax cuts for the middle class and truly progressive tax increases on the wealthy. If we want to win this war being waged by the economic elite, we must do everything we can to make sure average and lower class Americans support and are behind us. We need to end the division sowed by fear mongering.

come on folks, there's a reason trump paraded limbaugh at the golf course - talk radio is what keeps the GOP from bailing on trump and fox is just the cartoon cliff notes.

all of a sudden the pundits are incredulous about the weight that trump's charges of a 'deep state' coup - limbaugh's been leading 1500 radio stations with it FOR 2 YEARS! it's the only reason trump can get the gop to follow him with all this bullshit and continued obstruction, why the media gives it any credit, and they're going to try to get obama and clinton under oath on it.
