Mike Pence: West Point grads should expect to see combat

WEST POINT, N.Y. (AP) — Vice President Mike Pence told the most diverse graduating class in the history of the U.S. Military Academy on Saturday that the world is "a dangerous place" and they should expect to see combat.
"Some of you will join the fight against radical Islamic terrorists in Afghanistan and Iraq," he said.
Pence congratulated the West Point graduates on behalf of President Donald Trump, and told them, "As you accept the mantle of leadership I promise you, your commander in chief will always have your back. President Donald Trump is the best friend the men and women of our armed forces will ever have."

Pence noted that Trump has proposed a $750 billion defense budget for 2020 and said the United States "is once again embracing our role as the leader of the free world."

If I was to give a address to these young men and woman that is so close to D-Day, I would have said................
On a June night 75 years ago, a plane with young men in the stick was being led on its way into Normandy, that plane was called the "That's All, Brother", it was leading over 800 planes with 13,000 men into battle on that night.
There was another plane that was going into Normandy, that was in that second formation of the 82nd Airborne on there way to Sainte-Mère-Église, which was going to be dropping its stick, that plane that was leading the 61st Troop Carrier Group was called the , Virginia Ann, two paratroopers on that flight would die in combat...............................
But nope, you have the audacity asshole to say this ....................because your criminal boss has no experience to relate too, to have served like those young men will be asked to do, but you and him and your asshole party will use them has cannon fodder to justify your sick intent of your imaginary patriotism ...........................

His lies were unbecoming. And these young leaders know better than to believe ANYTHING coming out of this administration.
